HTS Outpatient Therapy is a local well known and respected therapy clinic owned and operated by Brian Horner P.T. We are conveniently located in Avon, IN. We provide physical, occupational and speech therapy. With 14 years of P.T. practice experience and management in a variety of settings, Brian wanted to have a clinic were he could provide the best therapy to improve and maximize a patients performance and ability.
